T-Camp 2024 Co-Chairs
The role of a Chairperson on Staff is to train and develop up to 16 Counselors alongside their partner to effectively lead discussions, activities, and informational skits during individual camp time. Co-chairs handle "behind the scenes" logistics throughout the duration of camp, which extends from their selection in mid-February through the execution of T-Camp in mid-August and Continuity Events hosted in the Fall 2024 semester. Chairs are responsible for planning events, mitigating risks, facilitating counselor activities, organizing their camp's programs and activities for the 3 days of T-Camp and maintaining accountability within their assigned groups in alignment with the ATC Mission, Values and policies. Each Semester the current chairs dedicate a significant amount of their time and energy to help assure that the incoming campers have the best experience possible.
